TERMS & CONDITIONS

Relopack(s) and any supplemental service(s) contracted by the Client, are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • After placing a request you will be contacted by a Client Services Manager in 24 hours, within our working hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 18:30 Barcelona time GMT+1:00. All requests received Fridays or holidays will be attended to on the following working day.
  • On-line payments are securely processed by PayPal.
  • Relopacks & quoted rates apply to services to be rendered in Barcelona City; for surrounding areas (Sant Just, Sant Cugat, Valldoreix, Castelldefels, Sitges, Maresme Area, etc.) a supplemental transportation fee may apply.
  • Services to be provided will be determined between Olympic Advisors S.L. (OASL) and the Client by means of a Services Rendered document detailing:
      • Services requested by Client and to be carried out by OASL
      • Maximum approximate time in which services should be carried out
      • Chosen Relopack rate and any supplemental fee that may apply
      • Arrival date(s) provided by Client along with possible date(s) for services to be carried out by OASL
  • OASL will proceed to initiate services only when and once online payment has been accepted.
  • Rates for accompanied Immigration and Documentation procedures are per person.
  • Cancellation of a contracted Relopack must be presented in writing, to OASL no later than 10 days before the previously notified date of arrival (please see II, iv) to be eligible for a full refund. If cancelled after this time frame the following conditions apply:
      • Cancellations presented 5 days before the previously notified date of arrival are entitled to a 50% refund.
      • Cancellations less than 5 days before the previously notified date of arrival are not entitled to a refund.

How we protect and store personal information
