Client Services Manager (CSM) calls client to go over expectations and possible available housing meeting client’s requirements.
Real Estate Guidelines
Comprehensive current real estate market information including description of neighbourhoods/areas, type of housing found in the different areas and average rental prices.
Housing Orientation
OASL will set up a program to 3 accompanied visits to representative properties meeting budget, essential requirements, and within market availability serving as an orientation to the current real estate market.

You will be given local area maps, city transport guides and a “Welcome to Barcelona” comprehensive guide. “Welcome to Barcelona” is a comprehensive guidebook prepared by Olympic Advisors which gives expatriates an insight to life in their new destination with expertise and professionalism from a Relocation Specialist.

Housing Program
OASL will set up a housing program to visit up to 10 preselected properties, accompanied by a CSM, to properties meeting budget and essential requirements to serve as suitable housing options for the client.
Negotiation of Contract and Legal Review
OASL will negotiate the conditions of the contract to the best of their ability, on behalf and in the best interest of the tenant to reach an agreement with the owner. OASL’s in house lawyer and certified real estate broker (API) will review the rental contract to make sure it is legally correct.
Settling In and Utilities
OASL will assist you and your family in taking care of related settling in issues at your new home including: transfer of utilities to your name, setting up direct debit for bill payment, placing an order for a basic telephone line and Internet connection and provision of Insurance Brokerage firms to arrange necessary insurances.

OASL will guide and assist you in getting familiarized with your new neighborhood and area, to inform you about local facilities, amenities and places of interest. Departure Assistance
When the time comes, OASL will assist you and your family with all issues related to your departure including: advice and assistance with the termination of a lease in accordance with lease conditions, attendance at inventory and property condition inspection, negotiation of dilapidation claims and processing of security deposit recovery and finally utility accounts and telephone cancelation.
