RENTAL CONTRACT REVISION
Contract to be revised by our in house lawyer –specialized in real estate – which will negotiate the terms and conditions of the rental contract directly with the real estate agency and/or owner on your behalf and in your best interest.
Assistance with understanding and setting up initial rental payments. |
ASSISTANCE WITH SETTING UP UTILITIES
A CSM manager will assist you in making all corresponding changes at the relevant utility companies to make name changes on the accounts and set up direct debit for bill payment. |
WELCOME PACK
