Setting up a housing program to include 5 scheduled visits, accompanied by a CSM, to properties meeting budget and essential requirements to serve as suitable housing options for the client.

BANK ACCOUNT OPENING ASSISTANCE

Contact information to a bank close to your property with English speaking representatives to successfully meet your banking needs.

RENTAL CONTRACT REVISION

Contract to be revised by our in house lawyer –specialized in real estate – which will negotiate the terms and conditions of the rental contract directly with the real estate agency and/or owner on your behalf and in your best interest.
Assistance with understanding and setting up initial rental payments.

ASSISTANCE WITH SETTING UP UTILITIES

A CSM manager will assist you in making all corresponding changes at the relevant utility companies to make name changes on the accounts and set up direct debit for bill payment.

WELCOME PACK

You will be given local area maps, city transport guides and a “Welcome to Barcelona” comprehensive guide. “Welcome to Barcelona” is a comprehensive guidebook prepared by Olympic Advisors which gives expatriates an insight to life in their new destination with all the expertise and professionalism only a Relocation Specialist can provide.
